You can request a return within 07 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Opened, consumed, or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for a return.
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, product name(s), and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and guide you through the process, typically within 2 business days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of acceptance or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, using the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any during the purchase) are non-refundable.

Products not in their original condition or packaging
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or inferior in quality:
Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Provide photos and your order details.
We’ll arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
We’ll provide a replacement for the damaged product within 7 days (we’ll deliver the product within 7 days)
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To switch products:
Return the original item per the above process.
Place a new order for the replacement product.
